I made a workout calendar for my last four weeks in Spain. =) It’s a combination of per-fect.tumblr.com’s Mean Abs June and Tuff Butt April Workout Calendars.

My goal for Spain was to come back to the US in better shape than when I left. I’ve been working out on and off since I got here, but it’s hard to stay motivated. Having this giant reminder on my wall is not only going to remind me how little time I have left here, but also serve as motivation to get my butt off the couch. It’s a lot harder to “forget” to work out when you have a giant poster on your wall telling you what to do…
I’m going to be combining it with cardio - walks, runs, yoga, pilates, or whatever else I feel like doing that day - and arm/back work.
Also, I’ll have a Post-It Goal of the Week, for extra motivation. I haven’t decided what my reward will be for making the weekly goals - have any ideas?

I’ll also be writing weigh-in results, measurements, and NSVs on it. My goal is to have my calendar marked up and crazy, littered with successes, by the time it’s time to go home. =)
Get ready!! Blasting Abs next month, by the end you’ll be doing a hundred sit-ups, two hundred crunches, sixty push-ups and two minutes plank!! Definitely not recommended for the weak.
p.s. can you believe it’s June next week? This year has really flown by…
